Welcome to the July edition of the TUG newsletter! It is extremely cold in Pretoria, South Africa – a reminder that when winter comes our way again next year, the FIFA Soccer World Cup will be just around the corner!

Reflection on the June ’09 Sports Ministry Conference
After months of hard work, prayer and anticipation The Sports Ministry Conference arrived upon us and swept us off our feet with its success. This was thanks to the hard work and efforts of the South African Theological Seminary, together with The Ultimate Goal (TUG) put into the conference. Getting involved…
There are tons of ways you can get connected to what’s happening at The Ultimate Goal! On the website you can get redirected to some specific areas you feel you have specific talents, passions or interests in. Creative arts, sport and big screen events are just a couple of the TUG initiatives that is going to make next year’s World Cup unforgettable! Make sure to join one or more of these teams, and get involved!

TUG hosts a slew of events at which you can connect face to face with other sports and ministry workers. The events listings on the TUG website are updated weekly, and also contain all the relevant contact info you need to attend.
